Jewelry Care Tips

Do:

  1. Clean gently with warm water and mild liquid soap

  2. Use eco-friendly solutions to remove dirt buildup

  3. Use soft, clean brushes, tooth brush, cotton makeup pads or clean cotton clothes

  4. Store your jewelry in individual plastic zip lock bags to protect it from tarnish and scratches

  5. Have your fine jewelry professionally cleaned and checked 1-2 times every year

Don’t:

  1. Use cleaners with sulfuric acid or thiourea

  2. Use toothpaste or baking soda to polish

  3. Wear your jewelry to bed in the shower, in the pool, while gardening, or participating in sports

  4. Use paper towels to other wood fiber materials

  5. Assume your jewelry is indestructible, no matter what it is made from, or how much it cost. Proper care will help it last
